We are planning core classes as mentor teacher as lead teacher for one and student teacher lead teacher for the other, so that you receive experience with both lead teaching and co-teaching. As lead teacher, you will be responsible for the managing, planning, teaching, assessing, etc... and as co-teacher, you will be more of a resource teacher. Sometimes working with small groups, students who require additional assistance, responsible for a project or group for a lesson, providing accommodations, etc...

Afternoon labs will be split groups. You will be responsible (when you take over) for the managing, planning, teaching, assessing, etc... for those classes with support from your mentor teacher.

Our schedules are below. The bold and bigger spots are what we are planning for student teacher placement for Fall 2007.
